Need some help buffing up! 13/3/2004
Need some advice guys, or ladies. I want to get built, not

I like to use the seated row machine when I work out. It works
many different muscles at one time and it feels great. The
only problem is that I'm always sore between and just
below my shoulder blades. My muscles are sore and really

A strong torso is important, but good legs to match are important
too. One of my favorite excersizes is to put my back to the
wall and then slump down until my knees are at a 90 degree
angle (thighs parallel to the floor). Hold that there for
10 minutes and I can guarantee you'll feel the burn.
Not recommended if you have knee probs .
